Perfectly placed in the historic heart of Dinan, this beautifully renovated city centre apartment is situated at the top of the famous medieval street, 'The Jerzual'. Dinan's restaurants, shops and historic buildings are just a few steps away. This second floor apartment has one (double) bedroom and a fold-down bed/setee. The stylish kitchen has all new appliances and the apartment is equipped with security doors and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Garden side, Bobital/Dinan Nordic bath cottage

A little haven of peace to come and rest and relax. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, with a fitted and equipped kitchen. Quiet, perfect for a romantic getaway or even for work. You can relax in the Nordic bath provided, with one heating per day. Access to the pool from June to September "unheated" Petanque court Caroline and Sylvain will be happy to inform you about all the activities and cultural visits of our beautiful region.

La Maison Rouge

Beautiful contemporary house, a short drive from Dinan and 25 minutes from the beaches. In the middle of a 10 hectare park, the house consists of: - 5 large bedrooms decorated and equipped with its bathroom and toilet. - A huge living room, fireplace, library... - A large open and fully equipped kitchen. - A heated pool (May/June/July/August), gym, padel court. House half price January/February/ March/April/September/October/ November.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
