Ar penty, est un havre de paix au cœur de la jolie ville de Perros guirec, tous les commerces et restaurants sont entre 5 à 10min à pied et les deux plages ainsi que le port sont à 15/20 min à pied. vous avez un point de vue panoramique sur la mer au bout de la rue ainsi que le chemin côtier. Il y fait bon vivre, elle est confortable et cosy avec deux chambres (2 lits doubles) 2 wc, 1 sdb, une belle cuisine et une chaleureuse pièce à vivre donnant sur un joli extérieur paysager et calme.

This beautiful one bedroom property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. On the ground floor this property has an open plan living space, featuring a kitchen, dining and lounge area, warmed by a large wood stove. The shower room and toilet are also on this level. Up stairs is the master bedroom and relaxing loft area with a sofa bed. At the rear of the property is a private patio with uninterrupted views of the Breton countryside. Ce gîte, au centre d'un petit village, profite du calme tout en étant à deux pas de la mer...Entièrement rénové en 2021, il propose un aménagement confortable et moderne; vous pourrez profiter de la petite terrasse en été et du poêle en hiver...A proximité immédiate, espaces verts, promenades, jeux pour les enfants, tennis en accès libre...La mer et le port de plaisance de Perros Guirec sont en bas de la rue, accessibles à pied...Les plages et la cote de granit rose tout proches.

Op loopafstand van vele sculpturen in 'La Vallée des Saints' (ook wel Bretons Paaseiland genoemd ) en op 15 min. rijden van diverse winkels, restaurants en supermarkten in twee plaatsen.
