Huset är nybyggt sommaren 2023 och trädgården är under uppbyggnad, där finns en generös altan i soligt läge.

Fastigheten innehåller två uthyrningsbara lägenheter som precis är nyrenoverade. Ett stenkast från fastigheten hittar du vår brygga som delas med endast två andra boenden. En dold pärla vid sjön Sommen där du kan ta en paus från vardagen, paddla i vår kanot, bada, fiska eller bara slappna av.

Mysig timmerstuga vid sjön Sommen. Utmärkt för er som vill komma ut till det stillsamma och varva ner från vardagsstressen. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

The house is located at the end of a dirt road, so no traffic in the area. It has lovely gravel roads for long walks. At the viewpoint there is also a nature trail about 2 km long, with lovely nature experience with everything from deciduous forest, stream ravine and breath-taking views of Lake Vättern.
