E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Stunning ocean views from our lounge 2 Bedrooms. we can sleep 5 guests in 4 beds We have free parking. The spacious lounge has comfy leather couches & a big window with fabulous views of the ocean. There is numerous attractions including the Hook lighthouse, Dunbrody Famine ship and Tintern Abbey and watersports including Kayaking, Coasteering. Caving and archery. those looking for the nature trails we have Tintern abbey, Forth mountain and Kennedy park it is also a fantastic location for Anglers.

Cosy chalet just a 20 minutes walk to the ocean. Beautiful sea views, facing the Metal Man. The Chalet is on our property right next to our house and has a large driveway to park and an EV charger. Newtown & Guillamene swimming coves nearby. 5mins drive to Tramore town that has long been associated with Irish tourism and offers a traditional seaside experience. The beach front features a long promenade and an amusement park in the summer.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beautiful, newly refurbished 5 bedroom house. Located just off Main Street in the heart of the town, just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the beach. A2 rated, this super-warm home is designed and finished to an extremely high standard. 1 night stays are occasionally possible on request. I usually only accept 3 night bookings on Bank Holiday weekends.
