This studio apartment is on the second floor and has a private entrance and a balcony with a sea view. The apartment is on 2 levels (divided by 4 steps) and it consists of one small dining room with a kitchenette and a private bathroom on the first level; and a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with sea view on the second level. This studio apartment fits up to 2 guests and the rates include daily breakfast and daily housekeeping. The quiet beach just a few meters away is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, kite surfing and fishing and the street in front of the property doesn't have much traffic so it is suitable for walks and jogging. It is also a great starting point to explore some of Crete’s most popular destinations and beaches, such as Falassarna (7km), Balos (11km), Elafonisi (43km), and the beautiful city of Chania (44km). If you are planning to visit Balos but you do not want to hike, Kissamos port is located only 2km away from where you can enjoy one of the daily cruises to Gramvousa Island and Balos Lagoon. Ιt is half anhour driving west of Chania and 4klm west of Kissamos town. It is 50klm of Chania airport. Distance 1 min.on car there are gas station, bakery supermarket, taverns and distance 1 klm there are a lot of small beaches with crystal water like (νiglia pahia ammos)

The only other people here are Sue and I (and our Labrador, Darcy) However, Kissamos is close by and has everything you will need for shopping or eating out and also we are close to the popular beaches of Falasarna and Balos.
