NEW: Air conditioning and electric terminals in the parking lot opposite. Small traditional Toulouse house, said to be on one level, completely renovated, located in the Sept Deniers district, a stone's throw from the Ponts Jumeaux and 15 minutes from the hyper center. In fine weather, you can enjoy a dining area on the terrace in the shade of an arbor overlooking the owner's vegetable garden and in case of high heat, the recently installed air conditioning will bring you some freshness.

Simple and practical studio, downtown, shops

Our goal is to provide the best possible welcome to travelers passing through, within a reasonable budget. Simple and 18m2 in size, our studio is nevertheless very functional, fully renovated in 2023. It is close to all shops within walking distance. Arrive independently at a time that suits you, temporarily park in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then park nearby for free. Bus lines L109 - Labège or L6 and 81 - Toulouse via the metro are 100 m away. Security cam outside.

well-equiped small house with terrasse

Enjoy our nice house : calm, confortable and well-equiped. Small terrasse, near center of town. There is a confortable double bed and a futon that can be installed as an additional bed for 2 more people. The bathroom is big with shower, toilet and cupboard. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a stove and an american-style fridge/freezer. You can have a swim in the swimming pool in summer! This house is at the bottom of our garden where you might run into our cat. Alergics beware...

The house is situated near the river Garonne and you can go to the Capitole walking by the river… it is the house where I am normally living then it is confortable. There is a terrace and a barbecue available. The bedrooms are bigs and you will have a lot of place. You can also park a car if you come with one.You have shops, restaurants, muséum near the house. You can either walk, bus,underground or rent a bicycle.
