New villa between sea and mountains

If you appreciate the original Airbnb feel, welcome to the house I occupy and make available for rent part of the year. No one-size-fits-all decor, but restored furniture, paintings or DIY items, and a cat to cuddle. 10 minutes from Perpignan, 20 minutes from beaches and Spain, 50 minutes from the mountains with all shops nearby. Spa only in summer (JT/August) (unless there are administrative water restrictions due to drought). Weekly rentals (JT/AT) or by request. Contact for dates/rates.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, 20 minutes from the beach, 25 minutes from Spain and 5 minutes from Perpignan. Pleasant 47 m2 apartment with a separate entrance.
