The property is new, a 2024 newcomer. The location of the plot is 20-30 km from the village centers on the shore of Lake Äkäsjärvi in the middle of the Ylläs, Pallas, Olos and Levi fells. This unique place has a modern style all its own. The color scheme is calm, the textiles are made of natural materials and all the items are new. Despite its small size, the 30m2 cottage has everything you need: Wi-Fi, fireplace, electric sauna, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette; hair dryer, ironing equipment; hiking boots and snowshoes for two.

Vanha-Seppälä

Built in 1965, the house (3 rooms, kitchen, sauna, toilet) is located in Finnish Lapland in the natural and peaceful village of Kaukonen near Kittilä. Kaukosa is home to the famous Särestöniemi Art Museum. At Villa Magia, you can admire ceramics, unique clothes, and jewelry. In early June, Kaukos hosts the Silence Festival. Near Yllästunturi, Lainio has Snow Village, a snow village and hotel. The distance from the property is 40 km (35 min) to Levitunturi, 26 km to Yllästunturi and 20 km to Snow Village.

Badetücher sind in der Sauna bereit, eigenes Dusch Shampoo müsstet ihr mitnehmen! 2 Stunden vorher melden, damit ich die Sauna vorbereiten kann. Danke! Completed in the spring of 2024, the villa is located in a quiet location close to Äkäslompolo's services and activities. Illuminated ski trails, a ski bus/bus stop and a beach in summer are within walking distance. Cycling and hiking can be accessed directly from the yard of the holiday villa. The villa is great for two families, multiple generations, or even a group of adults on an active holiday. The single-level villa has 4 bedrooms and two separate toilets.

Peacefully located Alpine cabin, main house is on the 2nd floor. Downstairs is a cosy 35m2 studio with own entrance and spacious parking for the guests to use. The location of the cabin is between Levi Fell and Kätkä Fell and the view from the studio is towards Kätkä Fell. Your hostesses are Tarja and Scott and we live upstairs and are happy to help you with anything and any questions you might have. We speak fluent English and Finnish.
