Small charming house from 1909. The ground floor has a hall, kitchen with a wood stove, living room, and bedroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a cellar, a living room with fireplace and a toilet with shower and washing machine. The open plot of 7000 m2 slopes southwards, has a stream and a pond, beautifully located in a quiet place between fields, mountains and forests. The track from Hunnebostrands passes on two sides. A beautiful walk through the forest leads into the community, about 1.5 km.

From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.

More than two people = 300SEK/person/night Cleaning and washing of bed linen is not included, but you have to do it yourself, hang the bed linen and towels to dry when you leave, for that reason you also need to make the beds yourself when you arrive.
