Oak Tree is private, luxurious, and centrally located. This is a locked bedroom suite. There are no shared spaces and no access to the rest of the building. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants, shopping and transit giving you easy access to UCSD, Pacific Beach, Petco Park, and downtown via the San Diego Trolley (bus #27).This spacious 370 square foot unit has a private locked entrance, a private bathroom, and a private outside sitting area. Street parking is free but limited at times.

The unit has three rooms — the main section with queen size bed, dining table and seating; the bathroom (shower); and kitchen (refrigerator, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, air fryer, microwave, and electric juicer).
