Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. Here you are on the outskirts of Munkedal next to the forest and beautiful hiking trails. The house has a large garden. Nearest store (Galna Handlaren 1 kilometer) and bus stop (Kviström 2 kilometers). The popular swimming area Saltkällan is only 5 km away, and all the gems of the coast, such as Lysekil, Smögen, Hunnebo, Fjällbacka, and Grebbestad, are 40 km away, making it a perfect starting point for many nice excursion destinations. If you want to shop, there is everything you want at Torp shopping center that you can reach in 10 minutes by car.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The cottage accommodates up to four people with a double bed (140 cm) and two wide single beds (120 cm). Kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony with barbecue grill. TV and Wi-Fi are available as well as Chromecast for TV. Here you combine tranquility and relaxation with proximity to the coast's attractions, swimming, golf and shopping. Perfect for couples, families and friends who want to enjoy all that the Bohus coast has to offer.

Walking/jogging just outside the house, 10-minute walk to a nice swimming area at Gullmarsfjorden. During the peak season, we only rent weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Other times, minimum 2 nights.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
