The accommodation is centrally located between the west coast's various popular tourist destinations; Bovallstrand, Hunnebostrand, Kungshamn, Smögen, Lysekil, Hamburgsund, Fjällbacka and Grebbestad. By car, you can reach the nearest swimming lake in five minutes and saltwater swimming in Bovallstrand in just 10 minutes.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer together induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas barbecue, parasol, access to a private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double, 2 singles and a small rowing boat are available during your stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Beläget i granitens rike med många fina berg, omtyckta av bergsklättrare. I närområdet finns det många salta bad, golfbanor, djurpark, bergsklättring och vandringsleder. Busshållplatsen heter Uteby och har väldigt bra bussförbindelser. 600m från huset

Här kombinerar du lugn och avkoppling med närhet till kustens sevärdheter, bad, golf och shopping. Perfekt för både par, familjer och vänner som vill njuta av allt som Bohuskusten har att erbjuda.

Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
