Good bus connection and a short distance to everything the city has to offer – restaurants, concerts, festivals and activities for the whole family. In the summer there is life and bustle in the streets. Enjoy the view from Slottsfjellet or take a trip to the popular jetty with a large selection of dining places. The house is spacious and has an open living room/kitchen solution, large hallway, bathroom and technical room on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor has a large attic room, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Central and nice apartment

Our rental apartment is super cozy and is within walking distance to Tønsberg city and Teie torg on Nøtterøy. Here you will have a great starting point for nightlife; swimming, paddling, biking, or "walking by’n". The apartment has a separate entrance, wardrobe, bathroom, kitchen with dining nook and living room with comfortable sofa bed that folds out into a double bed. Baby cot can be inserted if needed. Kayaks can be rented. We have two simple sea kayaks and a double canoe/kayak with both adult and children's oars. Access to laundry room can be arranged. Coffee machine.

Living room with sofa, kitchenette and dining area with what you need. Here you can enjoy a quiet stay on the nice and private plot with outdoor fireplace. Wood burning stove inside. Private bathroom and toilet are located in the basement of the main house right next door. Parking on the property. Good starting point for holidays in Tønsberg and surroundings! The house is child-friendly, has a furnished terrace with a swimming pool and a large garden with, among other things, a trampoline and various garden toys. The location is central, close to Tønsberg, the beach, playground, hiking areas and shops. NB‼️ •Check-in after 6 pm on weekdays outside of holidays • Late check-out/early check-in costs start from NOK 1,000.

Matbutikk/Kiwi 400m. Busstopp rute 1,2,40 retning Tønsberg/Skoppum, RS-Noatun og USN-Campus Vestfold 150m fra huset.

Hus på 190 kvm over to etasjer, med 2 bad som fungerer godt for en stor vennegjeng eller 2 familier i rolige omgivelser. Gårdsplass med oppstilling av inntil 5 biler og stor gressplen for lek og moro. Ta på slippers og badekåpe og rusle ned til vannet (400m) til badebrygge. Stor terrasse på 45 kvm gjør ettermiddagen spesielt fin og Weber Genisis grill gjør unna middagen i en fei. Nytt lekkert bad i annen etg som ble totalrenovert i 2022, og massasjedusj på badet i 1 etg.

A small and charming house by the sea

Huset ligger 40 meter fra havet og har en fantastisk utsikt over til Vestfold. Her kan du nyte både spabad, grilling med gassgrill, overbygd sittegruppe og noen fantastiske solnedganger. Det er ca 2 min gange ned til stranden hvor du kan bade, stupe og hoppe fra brygge, eller kose deg på en lang og flott sandbank som ungene elsker. Inne er det meste av fasiliteter, og utsikten over fjorden er like god fra sofaen. Huset ligger nest nederst i en blindvei.
