O chalé possui um quintal privativo, que conta com churrasqueira. Distância de 900 metros da praia, aproximadamente 11 minutos à pé. O chalé conta com internet fibra.

Excellent location, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and gas station. Since 2/8/2023, Ubatuba has charged a daily fee of R$ 13.00 to stay in the city.

We do not accept loud noise, disorder or animals. In the village, there is a child, a cat and a gentle dog. Access via a dirt road, no garage, the street is very quiet to leave the car. Not suitable for children, people with mobility issues, has stairs, and balcony without protection, for the view.
