Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Nestled on a wooded five acre hillside tract of land on a quiet winding paved country road, come enjoy the peaceful and natural experience the Five Acre Woods has to offer. This home has been thoughtfully furnished and features three bedrooms, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area overlooking the woods and a generous living area.
