The house is in a peaceful green area with a stunning view of the sea and the orange-tree-filled valley, 5 min walk from the beach with facilities for swimmers, 10 min walk from the village and the small ancient theater of Epidavros. 10 min drive from the most famous ancient theater in the world, the large theater of Epidavros, 30-60 min drive from the city of Nafplion, the archeological site of Mycenae, the Corinth Isthmus canal, Methana volcanic spa, the islands of Poros, Hydra and Spetses.

Το kanathos apartment είναι ένα ισόγειο, μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα, κατασκευασμένο το 2018, που βρίσκεται στο Ναύπλιο, 1,5χλμ. από το κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι Queen-size και Loft με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, με δυνατότητα διπλού. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με πλήρη κουζίνα, φούρνο, εστίες μαγειρέματος, ψυγείο, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα κλπ. Έχει επίσης βεράντα περίπου 30τμ με τραπέζι και καρέκλες κατάλληλη για χαλάρωση. The apartment is located near the port of Tolo, less than 10 steps from the beach and a few minutes away from the center and as such, offers a great view of the sea and the island of Romvi as well as ease of transportation. There is a bus stop a few steps away as well as a public parking area. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται κοντά στο λιμάνι , πάνω στην παραλία και κοντά στο κέντρο του Τολού. Έχει υπέροχη θέα στην θαλασσα. Η στάση του λεωφορείου και ο δημόσιος χώρος στάθμευσης είναι δίπλα.
