Lake in Backyard! Plum fishing spot! Lots of room

Beautiful land w/ eagles behind our home and lake access! Our lake house has A LOT of room! Almost 2000 sq feet to enjoy inside and outside spaces. Perfect for families and pet friendly. A key feature is how many it will sleep and the TVA land that is right behind us leads to a beautiful view of the lake. We have a King bed and comfortable Queen beds in the spare room. If you have extras coming, plenty of sleeping areas. Extra living space in the sunroom and game room with pool table.

Private, cozy cabin located across the road from JP Coleman state Park which is by Pickwick Lake on the TN river. Partial water view in the winter. Enjoy walking you fur baby or jogging in the park. The lake is famous for large and small mouth bass, crappie, catfish Water skiing, and wake boarding Boat ramp is about a 5 minute drive from cabin located at the park. Plenty of space to park your boat or you may rent a slip at the marina in the park. Fire pit to sit by. Wood provided.

Lake retreat

Lake Retreat quiet minutes form JP Coleman State Park, which has a pool, playground, boat docks, and transient slips for rent. The interior of my home is spacious, 3 large bathrooms and 3 very large bedrooms. Lots of parking space, plenty of room to maneuver your boat. Attached garage large enough for a boat and vehicle. Front porch length of house. Balcony off upstairs bedroom overlooking a creek that wraps around the house. Yard is large enough to make a bonfire or play games.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Walk to the water, to the restaurant, to rental boats. You are less than a mile away from the famous Freddy Ts Restaurant & Bar. Anything you may need is just steps away. Or stay in, get the family together & enjoy some ping pong or corn hole in the garage. Sorry Absolutely NO pets are allowed. And Zero tolerance for any smoking of Any kind inside of the home. $400 Extra fee if not followed.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Great lake house for large families featuring six bedrooms and four baths. This home has an extra-large deck and screen porch to enjoy the views. Kitchen has been updated with granite tops, stainless appliances and large wine cooler. All new Heart Pine floors throughout. New tile floors in the kitchen. Large double garage with plenty of parking. Also, there is access to the amenities at Grand Harbor.

Come relax with the whole family at Pickwick lake! This charming cabin is located in the gated Union Harbor Community of Iuka MS, 5 minutes from Eastport Marina and 20 minutes from J.P. Coleman State Park. There are two driveways available to park vehicles, boats, or trailers and a boat launch at Eastport Marina. Shady Ridge beach is a short walk down the street for kayaking and paddle boarding. Completely renovated and kid friendly! We now have fiber optic Wi-Fi!
