Welcome to Timmervik! A gem 45 km north of Gothenburg, with the sea and the forest as a neighbor. Jörlanda is the nearest community (3 km) and it is 20 minutes by car to Kongahälla shopping center in Kungälv or Stenungsund. Swimming within a 10-minute walk. The house has 4 +1 beds and is fully equipped for short to slightly longer stays. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, combi oven with microwave, stove. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the adjacent terrace there is an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Parking next to the house.

Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Relax on the large terrace with a magical sunset or take a short walk to the jetty for an evening dip. Close to central Stenungsund with restaurants, cafés and shopping. The perfect location for discovering Orust, Tjörn and Bohuslän's beautiful coastline and excursion destinations.

Relax in this unique and quiet 30 sqm accommodation located by the sea with its own jetty. There are opportunities to get to Stenungsund and Gothenburg with good public transport. There are also bicycles to borrow The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen and living room with TV and sofa bed. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a large closet. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with the possibility of relaxation and barbecue.

Lägenheten ligger nära Kungälv Kode Golfbana och nära till Vadholmens badplats, samt flera olika utflyktsmål nära till hands. Lägenheten är ca 50 kvm - två rum & kök, badrum & altan. I sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng samt dagbädd och i vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa för två presoner. Boendet är avskilt och privat.

Vi hyr ut vår gäststuga i natursköna Timmervik, som ligger i lantlig miljö ca 45 km norr om Göteborg och drygt 10 km från Stenungsund. Närmaste samhälle är Jörlanda (ca 4 km bort) och det krävs egen bil för att ta sig till och från stugan. Stugan har ett separat sovrum för två, dusch/toa med tvättmaskin och allrum med fullt utrustat kök där det finns sovplats för ytterligare 1-2 personer i bäddsoffa (140 cm bred). Byns badplats och båtbryggor vid Hakefjorden finns på gångavstånd (ca 900 m).

Bo på landet men med ett stenkast från centrum. 25 minuter från Göteborg! Vakna upp med morgonsolen, ta en kaffe på altanen och njut av fåglarnas kvitter. Ta en tur i skogen som är berikad med bär, svamp och mysiga stigar. Avnjut middag i solnedgången! Möjlighet att ladda elbil över natten till en kostnad på 100 SEK

Max 4st (meddela om ni behöver låna) 10minuter med bil till kollektivtrafik med goda förbindelser till Göteborg och gott om pendelparkeringsplatser. 20 minuter med bil till kongahälla center och Stenungsundstorg.
