The place has a fully utilated kitchen, AC, in-floor heating and washing machine. On the main street (50 meters from the buidling) there is a market and the bus station. Also supermarkets are close by - 5 minutes by car, 15 min by foot. The parking is in the back of the building. Easy acces to city center, airport, A1 highway.
