It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room that transforms into two twin beds, bathroom, equipped kitchen and spacious living room, deck, WiFi(Not apto straming or meeting) , outdoor grill, garden. The property is 45 meters above the rio Sarmiento, there are two deck on the river and private dock of ascent and descent for the occupants of the property

As well as tea time in the afternoon or drinks in the evening*) Unfortunately all the above due to pandemic are unavailable at the moment. But a small private beach is waiting, if you like sunbathing or taking a swim in the river. Now if you're feeling a little more adventurous there are trails to explore too!

We have a common solarium with games for children and descent to Rio de la Plata. We are 200mts from the "Las Barrancas" parking lot from the coast train.
