The original house was built in 1890 and was renovated during 2015 maintaining its original stone structure in all its exterior walls, endowing it with a great personality that makes it stand out from the nearest of the street in which it is located. This house has been renovated respecting its ancient architecture to the maximum but oriented to provide it with the current amenities and suitable for the enjoyment of the tenants who live there occasionally.
