My place is close to train station, shopping mall and restaurants, Culture & Art (E-Werk), experimental theatre (German National Theatre), the creek "Ilm", park, city center, Art House Cinema, exhibitions and festivals. You’ll love my place because of the atmosphere and the bright light from 5 big windows, the ambiance, the people you will meet in E-Werk, where you also can chill out & grill. My place is good for couples, small groups and families with kids (baby bed & high chair exist).

Very charming and well-kept studio in perfect city location with the best connection. In the middle of the popular Plagwitz district and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. The house and apartment have been carefully renovated and individually furnished with a lot of love for detail.
