The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view over a very special landscape. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

The home is well furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine, modern kitchen, living room and two good bedrooms with closet space. The property is located within walking distance of the city's cozy inns, the Købmanden and the famous waves of Cold Hawaii. Please note! On a hilltop with panoramic views of the entire southwestern corner of Limfjorden is Oldes Hytte. The cottage, which is from 2021, accommodates up to 6 guests, but with its 47 m2, it also appeals to couples, girlfriend weekends and time alone. The price includes electricity. Remember to bring bedding and towels. It is possible, for a fee, to charge an electric car with a Refuel Norwesco charger. We expect the cottage to be left as it is received.

Wooden windows and beams in the ceiling make the house cozy and with several cozy corners and views of the water, it is the perfect place to relax.
