Balzac's Coffee (now present in many cities across Ontario) originated in Stratford! In my younger days I worked as a Barista here. They specialize in rich, aromatic blends and have a full array of local baked goods to enjoy.

The first established location (in 1996), Balzac’s Stratford has expanded to 17+ locations for a reason. An expansive selection of uniquely roasted coffee and pastries, all within the most beautifully designed and styled interior, inspired by the Grand Cafés of Paris.
