The Hero of Waterloo is the second oldest surviving hotel in Sydney. Unlike the Lord Nelson, The Hero of Waterloo has live music (See days and times below). Great street seating and beers. The food is quite expensive, so if you are trying to be economical, stick to the beers! Live music: Friday - Folk: 8pm–11.30pm; Saturday - Old Time Jazz: 3pm–6.30pm, Folk: 8pm–11.30pm; Sunday - Old Time Jazz: 3pm–9pm

Historical pub with great beers and old style feel. Great for an afternoon or early evening drink. Not a late night spot but another great pub.

One of the oldest pubs in Sydney- a lovely small sandstone pub with a fireplace. This place is friendly and welcoming. Open 10am to 10pm everyday. Sunday afternoon 3pm to 7:30 an interesting and regular local band plays some old favourites.
