Vancouver's only First Nations restaurant. Salmon and Bannock specialize in wild fish, free range game meat and of course bannock, which is baked fresh daily. They use traditional ingredients that they prepare and present in a modern way. Acknowledging the Traditional Territories of the Coast Salish Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil Waututh First Nations, this small casual bistro welcomes everybody as they are. In the spirit of First Nations' traditions, their intention is to provide a gathering place where the focus is on the people and the food. Reservations recommended. Usually #1 on Trip Advisor.
