Chef and owner Hosea Rosenberg (winner of Bravo TV's Top Chef, Season 5, 2009) is from Taos, New Mexico. At Santo, he serves authentic Northern New Mexican cuisine. My mother, who loves chile relleno, says Santo's "Blue Corn Chile Relleno" is wonderful. Call ahead to make a reservation.
