The first restaurant to use vegetables from our Biodynamic garden! Great food, call ahead to see if they are serving general public and what they are offering in Snyder's Tavern. One of the few places you can sit on the banks of the Paluxy River.

Book dinner in advance at this one-of-a-kind fine dining experience off the historic square in Glen Rose. Once a sanitarium that carried this town through the Great Depression, this century old building is now home to a little hotel that also offers upscale dining on Friday and Saturday nights as well as a full fledged brunch on Sunday. Just call ahead to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance. BYOB and keep your eyes and ears peeled for the supposed friendly ghost, the once clairvoyant Dr. Snyder.
