A nice pub on the edge of the South Downs with views over the river. Can be fully booked especially for food so it is worth booking ahead.

Restaurant and bar set on picturesque river, outdoor terrace, small kids play area and parking. Can get very busy in summer/ weekends.

Admittedly the food is formulaic and it gets slammed in the summer, but this is a smart pub with a spectacular setting on the Arun. A river walk (2 hrs) from The Hay Store will deliver you there!

Right bang on Arundel river - great bar/restaurant food and location. You must go here one evening or summer's day.

15 minutes by car. Great place to eat. Right on the river at Arundel and if its nice weather, eat right by the river side (some undercover areas too)
