This is one crazy station entrance! Made to look like a train carriage has sunk into the ground! Terrific unusual photo opportunity. Shops & eateries are close by & it's easy to get to - just hop on the "U Bahn" (Frankfurt's subway system) to the Bockenheimer Warte station.

Walking along the mine river gives you an excellent view of Frankfurt`s skyline. In summer you`ll meet hundreds and thousands of people enjoying the green, having a drink or just relax.
