As a child, I loved going to Rod's Grill with my mom (before becoming a vegetarian). A Rhode Island favorite called a hot wienie all the way (mustard, raw onion, and meat sauce) is a staple item on the menu. Of course, it's great with fries and a coffee milk. This is a classic diner that has been serving the community for many years. It is also a great place for breakfast.

A Classic Diner with full Breakfast, Burgers, Hot Dogs and Sandwiches. In business since 1955, they are known to have the "Best Weiners" in the East Bay.

Ok, if you've never had a "Hot Weiner" you need to try it! Best hot dog you'll ever eat, and right around the corner. They have a great breakfast and true diner lunch and dinner. Fun and easy.
