At the Rubicón cheese factory, you can find artisanal raw goat milk cheeses and they also sell local products from small producers. The cheeses are also sold vacuum-packed so you can take them on the plane without problems. You will find cheeses of all kinds, and all delicious: fresh, soft, cured, and semi-cured varieties; naturally smoked cheeses, with the rind coated in the traditional gofio canario (toasted grain flour) or paprika.
