Surround yourself with salt including a massive saline fountain! Amazing respiratory health benefits and also one of my favorite places to take a moment to relax/meditate/nap when I have a big day around town. Best to book in advance with them, but if you hit a slow say you jump in on the next session (usually every 30-45min).
