When you dine with us, you will enjoy a seasonal, nutritionally well-balanced meal that always includes organic vegetables, greens, grains, nuts, wild fish, shellfish and fruit, accompanied by fine herbs and spices. In 2012, Radio Africa opened its first restaurant in San Francisco’s Bayview District. We look forward to serving you in our new home.

I enjoy the delicious food and warm atmosphere that was created by Chef Eskender Aseged who came here from Ethiopia in the 80's. Open Monday-Friday 12-8pm

Creative Ethiopian cuisine fused with American and French flavors. Get the Mezze platter and sample 5 dishes for a bargain!

Step out of your comfort zone and enjoy some gourmet comfort food inspired by Ethiopian ingredients. For the uninitiated, Ethiopian food is a diverse mix of flavors that centers around teff and injera (although I don’t think Radio Africa serves injera on a regular basis or at all). Radio Africa does sort of a more contemporary take and incorporates a lot of Western ingredients and cooking styles. Regardless, you’ll definitely come back for more.
