Hidden gem in Irvine with their very own small zoo! Great place to spend an afternoon with the kids. Lake activities including paddle boats or rent some bikes.

Wonderful regional park with lots to do. Rent bikes or paddle bike, fish, hike, mountain bike trails, visit the small zoo, train ride, rent horses, pony rides, or picnic. Very inexpensive entrance fee.

Irvine Regional is my favorite park. It is a $3 weekday or $5 weekend entry. Once there, they have a train ride, horse rides, lakes with pontoon rentals, bike rentals, playgrounds, amazing 400 year old trees, a real canon, a zoo, food, hiking and walking trails, a fishing pond, and roaming peacocks. It can a be a full fun day if you want to make it.

Just a nice place to spend a couple hours. A 20 minute drive straight up Chapman Ave. Walk, hike, read a book. Take your kids to the pony rides or little zoo. On the way stop at Tru Bru for coffee (-:
