Byodoin temple is printed on 10 yen coin in Japan. This is a important temple in Kyoto unlike typical touristic place. Green tea is famous around here. You can try Maccha(Green tea) foods on the way to Byodoin.
Byodoin is a buddhist temple which is on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its beautiful feature “Hoodo” (Phoenix Hall) is featured on the back of the Japanese ten yen coin.
