F and G subway lines. Closest and easiest exit is "Greenwood Ave" (nearest the back of the train if coming from Manhattan).

The subway stop will give you access to the F and G trains. The G train toward Queens will take you toward Williamsburg and Greenpoint, the F will take you toward either Coney Island or Manhattan.
