Caltrain goes all the way to San Francisco (northbound) and San Jose (southbound). You can walk there in under 20 minutes. BUY YOUR TICKETS ON THE PLATFORM OR IN THE APP BEFORE BOARDING. The conductors don’t sell tickets on the train. Weekday and weekend timetables are at Caltrain.com and on their mobile app.
