Tips from locals
This historic store is charmingly old-timey and practical at the same time. Grab a sandwich, buy that bug spray you forgot, or rent a movie.
Stop in for a snack and an old fashioned soda. Sit on the front bench if you'd like to strike up some conversation with the locals.
The original Ralph's Pretty Good Grocery from Garrison Keillor's fictional Lake Wobegon, written during his Marine Residency 1976-1980. This store still sells everything you could need, including delicious lunch specials & bakery, great grocery selection, cookware, home decor, camping supplies and more. A must visit.
