About this place
Der Treptower Park liegt direkt an der Spree im Ortsteil Alt-Treptow. Der 88,2 Hektar große Park wurde von 1876 bis 1888 nach Plänen des damaligen Städtischen Gartendirektors Gustav Meyer angelegt. Er ist einer von vier Berliner Parkanlagen, die aus dem 19. Jahrhundert noch erhalten geblieben sind.
