Tips from locals
The Empire State Plaza is arguably the most iconic and recognizable area of Albany architecture.
Come view Albany at the highest possible building in New York State (outside of NYC) The observation deck is closed on weekends and be sure to bring identification to enter. Admission is free
Visit the Brasilia of North America. The complex was built between 1959 & 1976 at a total cost of $1.7 billion. The plaza was the idea of Governor Nelson Rockefeller. It is on my favorite spots.
