5.2 mile heavily trafficked loop trail that features a waterfall and is rated as moderate and is best used from March until October. There are ladders that you must be able to climb to complete the trail. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

BFT, or Boone Fork Trail, is a five mile loop on the Blue Ridge Parkway that features stunning trails through forests, waterfalls and rivers and is a blast to trek through. It will take on average 2-4 hours to complete depending on your pace.
