Le Tasse Livre is a tea room with terrasse where they sell books for adults and children, with the same price in a bookstore. Their menu of hot chocolates and cold drinks is to die for! (free Wifi)

Nice cafe, where you can enjoy drinks or even early breakfast, and read books or practice french or even for your kids to borrow colors and draw as much as they want ;)
