A lovely place to visit and free! I mean who doesn't love a donkey? Has a nice cafe and shop and of course, as you would expect, lots of rescued donkeys. About a 5 min drive towards Newport.

It is a lovely sanctuary, between Godshill and Shanklin, where they rescue donkeys. Admission is free and the Sanctuary is open 7 days a week from 10am – 4.30pm all year round. Although admission is free, the sanctuary do rely on donations. There are a number ways that people can contribute to the running costs of the sanctuary. There is a gift shop and café and a bric a brac shop.
