Our hospitality staff will greet you upon arrival, review entry procedures for your villa, and provide contact info for your property manager should any maintenance issue arise during your stay. We will also outfit you and your group with complimentary snorkel gear, as well as other convenience items (baby gear, coffee makers, Apple TVs, Bluetooth speakers, etc.) for you to check out and use during your stay. The friendly staff at Silver Thatch can answer any question you have about the island, as well as help with dinner reservations, snorkel/dive charters, mobile spa appointments, babysitters, private chefs or cooks, and much more! Just ask, and they'll be more than happy to help. After checking in, pop over next door to Jacques Scott and fill up on wine, beer, and snacks before heading off to your villa. There's also a watersports provider next door in case you forgot your swimwear, need a new pair of sandals or want to book a dive trip. Once you're all checked-in head off to your villa and get your Cayman vacation started!
