The Old Library Museum is one of three museums you can tour in Historic Old New Castle. Start at the New Castle Visitor Center at The Arsenal for information. This quaint little town has nice restaurants, shops, a park and a walking path on the water in addition to tours. * Free concerts in the park (Battery Park) during the summer.
