National trust beach, quiet and beautiful. (30 minutes drive away) This is my favourite beach.

Spend the afternoon on the beach at Mwnt. Then as most people are leaving we get out a disposable BBQ and cool box from the car and have an evening BBQ on the beach for supper.

This is a beautiful beach and old church which has an interesting history as a stop off point on an old pilgrimage route to St David's. The beach is sandy, sheltered and attracts swimmers. It's situated on the national coastal path. It's a good place to watch for dolphins leaping!
