Hands down my favorite place to eat in Midland. Priced well, great service, fun environment (fresh noodles made right in the visible kitchen), and most importantly great food. Be sure to get the noodle soup with marinated pork ribs. The dumplings too......wow. Steamed pork dumplings are my favorite.
