This store is like a small Super Walmart. Groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables, flowers, meat counter, toiletries, great selection of beer, wine, and liquors. To use the grocery carts, you put a coin (50cent, 1euro, 2euro, or a US quarter) into the slot in the handle. This will release the lock and chain. When you are done, return the cart to the cart parking, secure with a chain lock, and this releases your coin back to you.
