Almost 3,000 volumes from his private collection Theofilou Kairis, 85,000 in total are here, in Chora of Andros. Also very rare publications, manuscripts, historical archives, works of art and a small archaeological collection. They are organized exhibitions, as well as literary and musical events. The library rooms are taken from another era.
