8 Strada D. I. Mendeleev (Piata Amzei neighbourhood). MUST try, be it summer or winter: Lebanese Yogurt ice-cream!!! Or other unexpectedly wonderful flavors: Roquefort, spicy dark chocolate, rose water... with a little bit of luck to find them at the shop.
